Dance With The Matrix

The Matrix is a group-based healing experience developed by Karen Custer over the past three decades. It works by connecting people through a shared intention—grounded, heart-led, and energetically aligned—to access deeper states of awareness and healing.

THE PROCESS

The process unfolds through a shared meditative journey—often guided through visualization, subtle energy awareness, or shamanic-style inner travel.

When the group is fully anchored, we co-create what Karen calls a Matrix: a subtle energetic structure that holds more wisdom, power, and possibility than any one of us could access alone.

Within this unified field, we open to higher frequencies of love, peace, and truth—not only for ourselves, but as a ripple of healing into the collective.

My offering, Dance with the Matrix, brings this work into the body through movement, rhythm, and somatic expression—anchoring the transformation at a cellular level.

Through music, presence, and embodied flow, we move beyond the mind and into a deep remembrance of who we truly are.
